4.1 For Job Seekers

As a job seeker using our services, you agree to:

5. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees vary based on the type of service requested. All fees must be paid as agreed upon in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sania Job Bowl Pvt Ltd acts as an intermediary between employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for:

• Employment decisions made by employers
• Workplace disputes or employment-related issues
• Accuracy of information provided by third parties
• Consequential or indirect damages

8. Compliance and Legal Requirements

All services are provided in compliance with Indian labor laws, including but not limited to:

• The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
• The Employee State Insurance Act, 1948
• The Employees' Provident Fund Act, 1952
• The Payment of Wages Act, 1936

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms or illegal activities.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015
